The Smell of Pink

Andrés Reisinger creates The Smell of Pink, a fully immersive multisensory installation, for the Aorist Miami Launch in Faena's Project Room. The work transports viewers into a dreamlike realm, as if they are entering a rose quartz crystal, surrounded by scents created by the artist in response to music and nature. The perfume and accompanying NFT are embodied as one work, yet another fusing of the physical and digital. Given that Reisinger is not a scent composer, this is a particularly rare instance of composition in his canon. The Smell of Pink's digital pieces were created in response to strict visual dreams induced by the scent.
