How to claim your physical device
- If you collected on the secondary market, check that the physical device for your edition # is still available on the list above.
- Click the "Buy" button on this page and complete payment
- Share the artwork and edition you would you like to redeem a physical for here
Important points
- You must own the corresponding digital artwork.
- The LED display dimensions are 32 x 32 x 3 cm.
- A maximum of one device can be claimed per edition of the digital artwork.- Your edition number will be inscribed into the hardware fuses of the LED controllers.
- Physical devices can only be claimed before January 7th, 2024.
- Packing and shipping costs are included in the price.
- Your device will be shipped within 3 months of payment.
- The artists offer a one year guarantee. If you encounter any problems with the device within one year of purchase, they will fix your panel free of charge. Any shipping costs required to return the work to the artists must be paid for by the collector, whilst any return shipping costs will be paid for by the artists.
