Syncopated

This minimal piece explores repetition and subtle dissonance.
Starting with a single loop that remains in sync at the beat of a clock, but adding over time the same element gradually out of sync, creating a shift from harmony to unpredictability.

The tension between consistency and inevitable variation.
The repetition of a simple element evolves into complex patterns aparantly chaotic. Repetition legitimizes.
