Even without knowing, she had been preparing for this moment for her whole life and she was ready. She lit a torch and started her slow descend into the dungeon."
This is from my 30 min Speedpaint series artwork #4 I started with some natural colors, but they were too dull and rather off putting. So I used color balance and hue/saturation for a more mysterious effect. The dungeon entrance represents adventure but also challenges that we have to face. My goal with the 30 min drawings project is to improve my drawing speed but also to explore my subconscious by having to make quick artistic decisions.
