This is the first journal recording of my 3 minute meditations, aptly named for the NFT in which this etch as been written on.
Each day when I wake, I will close my eyes and spend 3 minutes listening to the harmonious cacophony emanated by #21.
At the end of the meditation I will inscribe the visceral jumblings at the forefront of my mind as an etch, forever recorded on-chain, tied directly to the piece of art and sound that elucidated those very thoughts.
Throughout my life I used written journals as a medium to give my undomesticated mind a playground to express itself. I accomplished this by immediately listening to sound meditations composed of binaural beats or tribal echoes.
These etches now allow me to capture my untamed mind forever.
Journal 1: have reverence for all things self. I am the custody of my own existence. I am here with sovereignty over my life. I am forward thinker. I am doer. I am leader of men. I am vision. I see the battlefield and make decisions without emotion or fear of the outcome. These are what give me autonomy, truth, belief and ultimately, joy. The knowledge that I created the results, that I led based on my thoughts and actions and others may or may not follow it does not matter because I am me. Because I believe and know based on the intelligent Inter compass. This belief system even here, without free will, is because of who I am and who’ve I’ve worked to become. I am the tree, the leaves, the branches, the roots and the rocks, the stump... and I share my water and light with the entire forest, yet, I grow on my own. I am the soil. I am the dirt I am all things, I am life. I am the light that caresses the morning body upon thy soul. Further we go from ourselves, we go more into ourself. I am the knowledge of all past mes, and will share today with all future mes. I am the truth. I am the vision. I am the sovereign me. I am the light. I am.
