"Fade Into You" 2022

This is the first large scale piece I've been able to work on for a few months, and damn did it feel good. Working at this scale allows me to convey the movement of sound and gradient shifts between tones in a much more dynamic way. The performative element of this work while responding to "Opus 23" by Dustin O'Halloran brought me into a different kind of space, channelling the emotion behind the dusty, gliding piano as it rises and falls.
