Right at this moment, living in my country, Indonesia, during a global pandemic, everyday life is getting harder and full of questions about the future. The inability of policy owners to address this problem appropriately and quickly, makes the pandemic feel longer. The death rate continues to increase, the sense of security is getting thinner, so is patience. In practice, those living in Indonesia today, are just trying their best to survive, with no certainty in the future. “Riding on hope” is about a time where we both try our best to stay hopeful at a time when being positive is an incredibly tough challenge.
