The UPPERHOUSE HAEUNDAE project in Pusan, South Korea, located on a hill overlooking Haeundae Bay, is more than just a place to reside, it is a work of art. Each of the 12 homes boasts a unique "Zen Garden" artwork by Krista Kim, offering a visual and meditative experience that is synchronized every 5 minutes, creating a shared communal journey for all residents.
This collective artwork, known as the "Zen Garden" series, is an NFT project that is permanently owned by the residents of each unit of the UPPERHOUSE HAEUNDAE. It serves as a portal to a new form of spiritual healing, bringing together the virtual and physical realms. The UPPERHOUSE aims to break new ground by presenting a collection of 12 livable works of art, embodying a new paradigm of digital and physical living.
By blending the residents' lifestyles with media art, the UPPERHOUSE creates a harmonious fusion of art and living space, defining a new ideal of ultimate art form.
