I took this photo during typhoon Soulik, and distinctly remember the sirens warning us not to head outside. I defied. Moments before the torrential rain began, I was out wandering the streets looking for beautiful images. I then came across this beautiful sight, a giant golden building in the middle of the street, and then proceeded to patiently wait for a couple to walk by and I took the photograph. This was the last thing my camera captured before we were hit with buckets of rain.
