In times of stress and worry, I find comfort in knowing that I can always seek reprieve by escaping the bustling city and finding solace in this special place. Being alone amidst such awe-inspiring beauty can dispel any concerns about hard times and helps me release negative energy. Being fully present in these moments serves as my therapy. Although they are increasingly challenging to experience due to time constraints, capturing them holds a unique power and leaves a lasting positive impact each time I revisit them, remembering the sensations, the emotions, and the reassurance that everything was okay then, as it is now and will be. That all things shall pass.
