Beneath a live volcano the ground planes disappear and reveal the sparks and stones and active elements of this world. I find so much beauty in the hidden layers that are only here. To reach it I have to use a flying avatar and go beyond the edge and fly beneath. This is a space we are not supposed to see. Born out of a National Geographic magazine assignment to explore the far edges of virtual worlds, bringing back photographs made with virtual cameras. Filmed in VRChat
