2025 February #006. During my contemplation of growth patterns, I began to see how certain mathematical principles manifest across vastly different scales. The mushroom shapes emerged as natural bridges - ancient forms that have always existed between earth and sky, between decomposition and renewal. Their umbrella silhouettes echo the expanding rings of stellar phenomena, while the glowing flowers below mirror the cosmic lights above. The golden spiral in the sky wasn't planned initially. It appeared organically as I explored the relationship between order and chaos, much like the way galaxies form from seemingly random collections of matter.

What fascinates me is how these spiral patterns appear everywhere - from the arrangement of seeds in a sunflower to the shape of entire galaxies. The twilight setting became crucial because it represents that liminal space where familiar forms begin to shift and transform. As daylight fades, our garden plants take on different qualities, becoming mysterious messengers between realms. The bioluminescent blooms serve as earthbound stars, creating a dialogue with their celestial counterparts. Through this work, I wanted to explore how the fundamental patterns of existence repeat themselves, connecting the smallest earthly garden to the vast cosmic wilderness above.
