A gesture performed by a digital model, with different moments captured in one image. The pieces in this series are all made with the same process: 3D objects are edited and processed, then exported as 2D objects into digital paintings. The image acts as a record of both states, even though 3D and 2D digital objects have different underlying structures. The artwork also suggests a third state, which can be experienced by a viewer.
