once your skull has taken all it can. in every hole. in every fiber. and every idea is the bastard child of someone else’s. and your bones grow brittle under the rot. and formative memories are exchanged for exploding shapes. and the intolerable documentation of mundanity pouring from the agape mouths of strangers succumbing to their own forget. Once it is bloated enough with vague approval. and brittle enough from willing rot. and eager for release. from the swarm of thrusting flesh you’ve created. and dutifully obey. and lap from hanging burlap sacks from the necks of self-imposed gods. allow the accumulated insignificance to pour freely from a gaping wound in the back of your head. suffocating the next person in need of momentary asphyxiation. seeking a wound of their own. and hoping the hole closes once more.
