Comments: My last day in New York, before departing to Europe, I was reading in the East Village at Thompkins Square Park. I decided not to attend NFT NYC after all and spent the time in nature touching grass with my bear feet, reading a book, and listening to the live music. Mostly loud punk music, playing on the other side of the fence next to the Hare Krishna tree. Joelle visited me in the park and this was the first time we had met in person after speaking online in photography community. We sat and talked for while about what the shot should be, until we could not hear anything but the music beating against our ear drums and the shutter clicking in the wind.
