Comments: It was our last day in South Korea. At sunrise, Ethan and I went on a long hike into Waryong park. There was a small outdoor gym in the mountain and we started to exercise! After 30 minutes we continued up the hill. We made it to the historical houses and large mountain gates at the top. Hiked for another two sun gates a few miles apart. Then we descended down the other side of the hill and were trapped on the side of the road. We hailed a cab to take us into the center of the city. We met with Rain and she lead us to a street market for lunch. She showed us a place that takes a live octopus out of the fish tank and the chef cuts up the tentacles and serves you moving pieces on a plate. Ethan ordered beef tar tar with 2 yolks of eggs. This meal was raw... I tried the tentacles, and it felt like I was eating intelligence. The octo pieces were crawling down my throat and suctioning onto my esophagus. We went to a few other stalls to try more conventional dishes like dukbokki and chop chey. Rain left and we went home to rest before meeting with our hosts, Chun and Woo. They were eager to show us the top of Seoul. So we embarked towards another gondola to reach the top of Seoul Tower. It was a packed car, and I could hear many different languages being spoke. Once we made it to the stop it started to rain a bit. None of us had umbrellas, but it was okay. The water didn't bother us. We were having fun! We walked all around the tower and saw all the letters of love on the chainlink fences and stairwells. Reading the names of the couples who locked their love on display. It started to pour and everything was closing. We rode the last cab down back to the landing. It was getting late and we still had to pack for our flight to Taiwan tomorrow. We drove up the mountain just after midnight. It was eerie and foggy out. Quiet on the road. I asked them to slow down as we saw electric scooters lining the side of the road. Stop the car! This is the shot. Chun left the car headlights on so I can light them for the portrait and play with the atmosphere. Woo hopped on the scooter and picked up Chun then went back up the hill. Action! They sped down towards me with a moonbeam. Woo stopped, and Chun landed a powerful kiss on his beloved wife to end the night. The sky cleared... and then we flew.
