Comments: On the last day before heading to Australia, Hean brought me to the Pink, Banteay Srei, and Bayon temples starting at sunrise because I had a sunset flight out. We drove a couple hours outside of town to reach the further temples and stopped for snacks on the way. The tastiest and largest, unique style of Cashews I had ever seen. Do you know how a Cashew is grown? It will blow your mind. Every single Cashew grows from a mango looking apple. So it requires tons of food waste and mango-apples to fill a bag of nuts. Every time you eat a Cashew nut! Remember how much energy went into that single food source. We carried on the journey with a handful of coconuts, cashew apples, and honey from the jungle. Hean was telling me horror stories about tourists who had visited these temples back in the 80s or 90s. Until we made it to his favorite place, a surprise he was waiting to show me. Another temple? No! It was the most majestic Waterfall system. We hopped into rented bathing suits and took a cold plunge into the strong force of the falls. I planted on top of one of the rocks and let the water beat down on my back like a massage. It was releasing so much tension and saturating me with life force like blood in the veins and vessels. Adrenaline pumping and awe as wondering. Nature truly is our mother and healer. We swam for an hour then dried up to head home. I remember buying a few stones of Amethysts and Smokey Quartz geodes as a gift to my guide and friends back home. I collected crystals everywhere I had gone till my bag of rocks got heavy. The sun was setting and I had arrived to the airport a few hours early. I tried to check in and the man ate the gate said I needed a visa. I was dumbfounded and sweating with anxiety as my flight was in 3 hours. He said to download the app and enter my information. Sometimes it works instantly, sometimes it takes 24 hours. I hurried over to park my things down and searched for wifi in the airport. A bar of service was my only hope. Entered my info and prayed for help which felt like a late weekend for someone to be approving my visa so soon. Yet, alas! 10 minutes later I received an email with an approval and my stress broke free from me. I was in the clear and went back up to the gate to get my ticket printed. All was good, so I decided to download New Zealand visa too, It also took a few minutes to process and approve. Things were in flow. Now I am off to another continent, Oceania, to the world down under.
