be (not) yourself #22/25

Being yourself and being unique is something you learn over time until you find your perfect version, but it is a path that never ends as there is no perfection because there is always something to learn. On that road, while you have your sights set on the future, you live your day to day life not being yourself, because are not the ideal person you want to be in the future. I like to think about this concept of duality, sometimes too, you need to not be yourself to push yourself to do things that otherwise you would not dare to do.
