The Safe Spot

In my dream, I saw the surface of a planet, but it was completely covered in concrete, and there was a giant, active volcano. There were also extremely tall mountains. I saw a strange, glowing tower made of white stone. I don't know where it was, but it looked like it was safe and warm.
