This instance of “Mommy Wow,” recorded on April 13, 2022, and its supporting materials were produced for Ten Whistlegraphs.
“Mommy Wow” was composed improvisationally by Whistlegraph, each member taking turns. For this exhibition, “Mommy Wow” is performed in the evening by Whistlegraph outside of the Schneider Museum of Art with Hagoromo Luminous chalk on brick.
Whistlegraphs are audio-visual digital artworks performed manually by drawing and singing. Every whistlegraph results in a poetic image through the performance of a graphic score.
