The collection titled "C Series" was created between July and September 2022. It was based on a method that utilized a zero-sum combination of weights, which significantly disrupted the functionality of early versions of Midjourney.
This was a time when AI first became accessible to the general public, and Midjourney emerged as the most democratic tool. However, it had a very pronounced stylization, causing all early works to essentially follow the same artistic style.
Using this method, Midjourney broke its internal logic and produced results unlike any others. It delved deeper than simple prompt manipulation while still retaining the stylistic characteristics of AI art from that era.
On September 13, 2022, an update was released that made such combinations impossible to use. No other artists were found to have employed this method, and as a result, the collection was effectively completed, remaining a unique phenomenon of its time.
