September 5, 2019: Florida man protects his car from Hurricane Dorian by parking it inside his home. Florida Man, of Jacksonville, said he parked his car in his kitchen Tuesday morning to protect it from Dorian’s winds and flooding. “[My] wife was impressed that I was right about it being able to fit into the kitchen,” Florida Man said. His wife, Florida Woman, posted a series of images of the car that was parked perfectly in the room. “My husband was afraid his car might blow away and my car is in the garage,” Florida Woman posted on Facebook.
