Second piece in a series drawn from public domain internet imagery, 3D objects plus my own recycled AI works. I source diagrams of computer parts, machine parts, data visualisations and game screengrabs from the web. The imagery is then passed through various digital processes, including extruding 2D imagery into 3D space and stretching 3D objects in different directions. The elements are combined together as layers.

Description

A series of abstracts based on in-game screengrabs. Each piece has the title of the game it’s based on. A lot of anti-NFT sentiment has been coming from gamers, so I wanted to use games as raw material for my cryptoart. I was also interested in exploring the visceral attraction of game technology. I spent many hours obliterating myself in games and these worlds still fascinate.
