Self love, sometimes it’s all you need. Consciously reminding yourself of your worth, reminiscing your moments of strength and finding conviction in them.
It takes a lot to stay afloat in the drowning sea of life. Everything else is wired to tell you “you don’t belong”, “you’re not enough”, “you can’t get that far”.
If you sat and waited to hear positive things from other people and circumstances in your down times, the wait would be long, but strength found in a personal conviction of who you think you are can never be taken away from you.
Truly we are at our best when we are one with ourselves.
