BITFRAMES #1002 with 1/1 Plotted Drawing

This artwork is an original plot of an existing Bitframes output chosen and minted by Matt DesLauriers. The image shown here is a preview of the actual plotted drawing, and does NOT represent an NFT of the plotted work, and no such NFT will exist. Winning this auction entitles the collector to the original Bitframes output (numbered above) and the original plotter drawing, at their shipping expense. The two drawings currently for auction are the only official plotted pieces of any Bitframes piece, and will not be replicated.

Bitframes is a generative and systems-based artwork by Matt DesLauriers, inspired by punched cards and early computer art. Proceeds from the sale of these plots will fund both Tordoff Films (producing a feature-length documentary film on the history of generative art), and Heft Gallery (host to filming of this documentary in nyc, and to the current Bitframes pop-up exhibition).

Purchasing this artwork conveys ownership over the unique plotter drawing and associated generative NFT from the original BITFRAMES project. The NFT will be transferred to the winning bidder upon completion of the auction, and the representation of the plot shown here will no longer exist online. Upon resale of this NFT on the secondary market, the original drawing shall be shipped to the new owner and the recipient's cost.
