Melting Away (Phygital)

Inspired by the issue of climate change, I turned a polar bear's body into an iceberg that is melting away in its natural habitat.

Climate change is having a profound impact on polar bears, one of the most iconic and vulnerable species in the Arctic. As the Earth's climate warms, the sea ice that polar bears rely on for hunting, mating, and denning is melting at an alarming rate.

Polar bears depend on sea ice for their survival, as it allows them to access the seals that make up the majority of their diet. As the sea ice melts, polar bears are forced to spend more time on land, where food is scarce. This can lead to malnutrition and reduced reproductive success.
