“Symbiosis” explores the relationship between humans and machines. For the first time in Roope Rainisto’s career, photographs serve as a resource for his AI model. Roope captured images of cars, art, and architecture at the Mercedes-Benz Museum and selected additional images from the Mercedes-Benz Classic archives. Through a back-and-forth process with AI, thousands of artworks were generated and refined before the final selections were carefully made.
