X Figures - 269 Digital Figures inspired by the CC0 work of the artist AMADON. The majority of the collection is comprised of works inspired by AMADON's NOISE collection, a set of CC0 glitch texture animations, interpreted as figures that touch on the themes and ideas evoked by AMADON's work. Figures outside of the NOISE collection are based on AMADON's 1/1 and edition releases.
Taking inspiration from Gacha Machines in Tokyo backalleys, Blind Boxes from popmart, and the action figures of my youth. I approached each artwork from AMADON with an intuitive process. Hand Drawn digital sketches on procreate, translated through AI, and then tweaked and often hand drawn over the top of the final artwork.
