There are some things in life that will never make sense, so in my opinion there is no point in grappling with their reality. The death of a friend, the loss of a relationship. whatever it may be, the way past it is not always through it, sometimes you have to find an alternative route and deal with things in a purely human fashion. This is one of those moments. I don’t care to disclose the details, however I will tell you I didn’t get through it, I got over it, and making this piece was the ladder that helped me achieve that.
