Puppet State #6

Puppet State is a new series by Hannah Rose Stewart of 25 unique 3D figurines, partially generated and hand-embellished by the artist. These charms take inspiration from collectible rag dolls popular in North East England from the Argos department store catalogues during the early-2000s. The dolls often revived medieval theatrical archetypes like the jester, maiden, knight and are similarly staged here in Puppet State. Even Lucifer makes an appearance in the final act.
