The computer vision company GumGum commissioned a painting from one of my robots and five human artists. They then performed an artistic turing test where they put the six artworks into a line-up and asked people which one was painted with AI. Test after test, the other artworks were chosen. This painting was created using more than two dozen AI algorithms including multiple neural networks and feedback loops, all competing with each other for control of the brush.
