Outpost 07: Bastille
Planet Bastille is a terrestrial barren planet in a remote solar system about 860 light-years from Earth orbiting the star Rigel in the constellation of Orion. Bastille is about 5 times the size of Earth and its gravity is about 7 times that of Earth.
Bastille is the official Orion constellation maximum security prisons network built all around the planet, servicing most of the constellation and its orbiting mining colonies, holding some of the most dangerous inmates classified as the highest security risks.
The planet has no liquid water on its surface, no life forms of any kind, and consists of massive mountain ridges and cliffs making it virtually impossible to escape from.
Legend says that at its first year of operations, a group of inmates managed to dig themselves out of the prison and hid from the authorities for 10 days until found, starved to death at the foot of the main prison ridge.
No one ever tried to escape the prison since.
