Stronghold is a small planet in a distant solar system orbiting Epsilon Pegasi, the brightest star in the northern constellation of Pegasus, 688 light years away from Earth. Stronghold is so far from Earth which meant all its population had to migrate from Earth in cryonic suspension with very little hope of ever coming back.
Stronghold population is known for its fierce fighting skills and powerful tribal warrior clans. Legend tells that the data the colonists received about their target planet was wrong and on arrival the colonists discovered an Earthlike planet that supported large size predators living on land and its oceans forcing the colonies to build fortresses on top of the canyons and mountains and live off hunting without the ability to grow crops and develop any type of agriculture.
