Sepulchre

Human burial practises are the manifestation of our desire to demonstrate the respecting of the dead, and have been so for millennia. With the added belief that by returning our mortal selves back to the earth we invite the means for new life to emerge, whether enriching the natural world around us, or providing a platform to grieve, and in turn grow out of the despair left in the wake of loss. The punctuation of life and death is an inevitability we will all face, but we must't discount the impact other moments of comparable loss can have on us and the benefits of laying rest to things that once were but are no more. 'Sepulchre' is an ode to those who find the courage to say goodbye.
