No Bushi was used more than once in makingt this Megapixel portrait of Bill Murray.

To achieve exceptional depth of color and image quality, I created hundreds of thousands of original Bushi images to use as next generation mega-pixels. Each Bushi has its own unique character and personality.

With the Megapixels process, I seek to bring a touch of nostalgia to the constantly evolving intersection of art and technology: the sharp, geometric tiles both evoke traditional pixels while showcasing miniature, fully-formed works of art.
