Introducing Dorothy's Call to Adventure, a new Megapixels artwork.\n\nLove for disenfranchised and marginalized people is the central theme to my art. This piece features Dorothy walking towards a tornado portal.\n\nI'm drawn to the Wizard of Oz because of my love for the Tin Man, Cowardly Lion and the Scarecrow, who believe they are inadequate. However, it's Dorothy's love and compassion towards her friends that make's the story so important to me.\n\nMy Megapixel collection is composed of images made from adorable AI-generated tiles that I cheekily nicknamed "Bushis".\n\nWith Megapixels, I seek to bring a touch of nostalgia to the constantly evolving intersection of art and technology: the sharp, geometric tiles both evoke traditional pixels while showcasing miniature, fully-formed works of art.\n\nDorothy's Call to Adventure is made from just about 5,000 Bushi tiles.
