Below is my cover letter to the US Mobile Team for an Inhouse Creative Role:
Dear US Mobile Team and Ahmed,

My name is Gianni Arone and I am a 20+ year multi-disciplinary Advertising and Social Media Marketing Creative and I recently moved to the Rochester area 1 year ago after being based in Los Angeles all of my life. I am keen on remote / hybrid work, having a full home studio built for editing, motion, music production, and multi-media design - living in a robust artist community and loft.
What I am even more keen on, is US F&*(ing Mobile. I am a self proclaimed brand ambassador. I tell everyone about you, and why they should utilise you! I love that your plans allow me to easily pivot between phones. Especially older ones. I am a huge proponent of sourcing dank old phones from EBay. I believe there is a partnership there with US Mobile and Ebay or (Cbay for crypto ebay - an idea I had). Ahmed and Team, I can’t have ENOUGH GOOD to say about how your customer service is, hands down, bar none - the best I have ever experienced. Human, knowledgeable, friendly, quick, balanced, never not available. This is my favorite company to be a patron to. I am pretty stoked to even apply right now. I am, a huge fan.
My prior agency work has made me well versed for abundant creative work, nimble and attentive to the details for sending through award winning projects to clients on behalf of our agency teams. I know I would be a solid value add and longevity hire for this role, due to my dual nature as an inherent multimedia creative with a keen interest in strategy, both business and creative:.
This is a role that I have yet to do, working purely in house, as a multimedia staff designer. If I were to pick ANYWHERE, you are my Nike. I believe you have, as a company, so much creative flex, that I cannot wait to see where you fly to. I am passionate and enthused at the prospect to work with you and be a part of the team. This role will only help expand my passion for people and solutions.
I never stop finding new skills to develop and old ones to hone while being a capable mentor that is initiative driven while loving team feedback! I am using exclamation points here because I am excited!
My primary focus the past decades has been in multimedia generalist work in the advertising and marketing industries. My senior specialist areas are motion design, editing, filming, drone flights, illustration, and multi-channel social audits, strategy, and marketing work for an esteemed client list at the agencies I have been employed at over the past decades.
A Clio and Webby award winner along with my agency colleagues, a respected crypto artist, and an internationally shown fine artist, my craft and my discipline reflect a perspective that is team-first while being spiritually service based with an attitude of gratitude.
The jack of all trades, mastery of studentry - approach, is useful when interacting with our teams and partners, as each being is a unique use case of living experience, with each situation and being having what is called, sonder, which we can always learn from. This practice informs me greatly in my practical, technical, emotional, and spiritual disciplines that allow me form and function.
