Shooting at sunrise is tricky. It takes a lot of trial and error to shoot surfers in harsh direct light. Choosing the right angle to shoot from and the best height from the air is something I am proud to say I have made one of my signature styles. Getting the right amount of light shining through a wave can make magic.
