What emotions prompted this Observation? Art lies in the eyes of the beholder. Each look at art -- or just a piece of art -- elicits a response: whether a feeling of neutrality (i.e., meh), anger, whim, curiosity. What did you feel here? What did you see?

Why do you think sharing less is better? As someone who struggles with demons, I find those demons get more pronounced, more demonic the more I hold them in. Feeding their darkness.

My partner and I think about this almost daily. There is no right answer other than hope. Hope that we can create a safe world for them. It's not perfect and we cannot ignore the ills of the world, but we can educate, empower, and uplift. It's all we have.

As a parent, I try to protect my kids from the ills of the world. The truth is: they are the protectors. They keep me alive.
