Observation
The week I learned we were expecting our son, I lost my job. For a moment, fear gripped me. Then, within a single breath, something deeper took hold—something older than reason, louder than doubt. A primal vow to shelter, to stand, to become.
Love in its purest form—obliterating all of my doubts and shaping them into purpose.
His gaze reflects that shift—steady, unshaken. A quiet knowing, a truth written in blood. He stands where he belongs, and if ever needed, he would stand there forever.
Response 2
I rise, I fall, but never break,
Your strength in me, my fire awake.
You faced the storm so I could see,
This fight won’t take the best of me.
Through every test, through all I’ve had,
Forever proud to call you Dad.
Response 3
My name would certainly be there. I may not know, I may have hard days, I may feel beaten down, but I will always trust myself to navigate the waters however rough or calm.
To be strong, for them, is to trust The Self.

A purpose.
The purpose.
