ENTRO_PY is a series of twenty video-based 1/1s investigating the elasticity of perception through choreographed distortions of time and space. Each work is constructed through a physical performance that merges with the lens, exposing the instability of linear vision.
Vogel treats glitch as a sculptural function. His movements activate the image, while editing becomes an extension of the gesture. The camera does not record a scene but participates in its transformation, creating a feedback system between body, environment, and frame.
Developed using Maya and custom software, Vogel’s method allows him to model slices of space-time as sculptural volumes. These sequences are not simulations—they are concrete manipulations of captured material, shaped through a process that retains the integrity of the source while shifting its perceptual logic.
ENTRO_PY offers a precise inquiry into glitch as a spatial and temporal architecture, positioning distortion as a method for rethinking the construction of presence within digital video.
