Luminoflora Spectraglo, named for its light-emitting floral traits, is a rare, protected species in the Etheric Radiantum cluster of the Radiantaceae family, comprising ten bioluminescent species. It features delicate, translucent petals (0–10 cm) arranged in a loose spiral, glowing lime to yellow-green (510–570 nm) with bright red-orange bioluminescent nodes. Adapted to dense tropical rainforest understories (20–30°C), its flexible, light-responsive stems sway subtly for optimal light capture. Leaves are minimal, emphasizing floral light emission. The species employs specialized nocturnal pollination by moths and beetles attracted to its bioluminescence and dusk scents, enhancing reproductive success and supporting ecosystem nocturnal pollination mutualism.
