Glowinia Phantasmica, named for its radiant glow and ethereal appearance, is a rare stable species in the Illuminaetherea Petalens cluster. This 10-25 cm tall, 15-50 g bioluminescent plant has large, spiral-arranged, semi-translucent blue-violet petals with orange-reddish bioluminescent glands emitting 420-490 nm light as a cool blue glow. Its rippled leaves and stems enable subtle movement, aiding light diffusion and attracting nocturnal pollinators. Native to tropical rainforest understories, it thrives in cool (0-10°C), moist, shaded microhabitats. Belonging to Illuminaethereaceae, genus Glowinia, it features specialized photogenic tissues. Its bioluminescence facilitates low-light cross-pollination, playing a vital role in biodiversity and ecological balance.
