I hate asking for help. I've always thought of myself as an independent person, and I used to think that vulnerability was a weakness. I later learned that vulnerability is a strength. Asking for help is a humbling thing to do, and it often means the problem gets resolved faster. I still struggle with asking for help but now I see that it's all ego.
