Zeblocks

Zeblocks is the collaborative practice of generative artists Guillaume and Sebastian, who come from traditional art and computer science backgrounds respectively. They began exploring NFTs in the summer of 2020, creating Unigrids, a project using animated SVGs on the blockchain to generate unique grids and tiles. Unigrids was later featured in the Art Blocks lot of Sotheby’s Natively Digital auction in June 2021. Their most recent work, Beatboxes, is the first fully immersive virtual reality artwork on the blockchain, built using Aframe. Comprising 841 rooms, it was designed as a virtual escape from reality. Zeblocks continues to push the boundaries of generative art.
