Helio Santos

Santos is a Mexican artist working with data, the internet, and technology, with a background in painting and digital art. His practice explores the intersection of AI, creative coding, and landscape as a means to investigate the complex dynamics between humans, nature, and machines. Viewing technology as an extension of the body, his work functions as both a statement and a philosophy, critically examining society’s relationship with technology and nature.

His recent solo exhibitions include Meta-scapes, Colonna Contemporary, Philadelphia, United States (2025); and Al aire libre, Tech Contemporary Gallery, Copenhagen, Denmark, curated by OBJKT (Kika Nicolela and Ombeline Rosset) (2025). His work has been presented in exhibitions across Paris, New York, London, Lisbon, Seoul, Tokyo, Mexico City, Copenhagen, Buenos Aires, Rome, Zurich, Jakarta, Amsterdam, and Barcelona.
