qubibiwiwizn Part III

Verse is excited to present the third and final exhibition of qubibi's wiwizn series. Part III will consist of 10 unique works and culminate in a physical show at Cromwell Place in London from 26 - 29 January 2023.

There are a total of 25 works in the wiwizn series. As qubibi says "What I have is basically "negation." It is negation that says "this is not it," and in order to realize that, I need to face negation. To face it, it needs to be externalized. My "ideals" are not very reliable, but my "negations" can be trusted. That's why I create a lot. The images generated based on an algorithm I created 12 years ago, all have the possibility of becoming a "work". I need to exhaust the possibilities of that algorithm, and that's why it's such a big event in my life."

Part I, titled Have you ever seen a dancing worm was curated by Jason Bailey and shown on Verse in July 2022. Part II was released in October 2022.

‘Digital art is completed when it's released as a work, but my generative art can be considered as one work that has been continuing for 12 years. Such work is an exception for me.’
