Adrian Cain Roberts, known as Drain, is a glitch artist from the United States. Raised in rural Oklahoma, he was drawn to unconventional art from an early age. He discovered glitch as an artistic practice in 2015 through online communities such as Glitch//Request and Glitch Artists Collective. What began as casual databending of selfies in WordPad evolved into a process-driven approach, where digital artifacts shape the outcome as much as the artist does.

His work distorts recognizable imagery into fractured, surreal compositions, employing techniques such as sonifying 3D-rendered forms in Audacity and manipulating raw image data. His glitch collages layer multiple processes to explore the aesthetics of digital decay.
